The boardroom set-up uses a single central table in an exclusively privatised room: no one passes through, no one comes in, and sound doesn't escape thanks to the removable acoustic panels. It's the format for boards, management committees and year-end meetings.
Video conferencing runs on the 85" screen with 10 Gb WiFi and a wired network, so the call with head office doesn't drop. Coffee stays set up on the side throughout the session.
