What it is

Building, trusting, communicating and cooperating aren't separate ingredients: they're the pillars of any team that wants to really work.

This is not a conventional course. No theory counts here unless the group sweats for it, and the sweat comes from thinking, laughing, sharing and looking each other in the eye.

The pieces fit… if you know how to build.

Objectives
  • · Build: create group identity and take the first collective decisions
  • · Trust: challenges you can't get out of without the others
  • · Communicate: active listening, real feedback and unfiltered conversation
  • · Cooperate: final challenges demanding coordination, creativity and strategy
Who it's for
  • · Teams that share a workplace daily but don't yet work as a team
  • · Groups where trust, communication or cooperation is weak
  • · Organisations that want to build a team, not just have a nice time
How it works
  • · Four linked blocks, one per pillar
  • · Practical activities before theory
  • · Closing with concrete agreements from the group
What you get
  • · A team with a shared identity
  • · Trust tested and reinforced
  • · Communication agreements that outlast the day
