What it is
A hands-on experience that turns your company values into everyday behaviour.
Through cooperative challenges and games tied to your values, the team defines, practises and learns what each value looks like in action.

Objectives

How it works
- · Prior alignment meeting: we collect your values, or choose 4–6 from a base catalogue (trust, communication, cooperation, respect, responsibility, customer focus, excellence, adaptability, innovation, transparency, commitment, diversity and inclusion)
- · From that we build the Value → Challenge → Observables matrix
- · Kick-off: teams and briefing
- · Search mode (hidden chests) or open mode (values in plain sight)
- · One challenge per value: practised, not explained

Catering from our kitchen
The kitchen is ours and it's in the same building: breakfasts, lunches, cocktails or dinner with no outside suppliers.
